2024 Winter Newsletter  B.E.W. Productions & Events As the year ends, we’re reflecting on the incredible events and collaborations that made 2024 unforgettable. None of this would have been possible without our amazing clients, partners, and friends who trusted us to bring their visions to life. Join us as we look back on the highlights of an extraordinary year! This year, we welcomed Jessica Mulleague to the B.E.W. team. With her expertise in event organization, project management, and customer service, she’s already making a big impact. Our year began with supporting the Sweet Relief event in January, an inspiring initiative highlighting the power of music and community.  Sweet Relief Musicians Fund provides services and financial assistance for career musicians and music industry professionals. February brought our friends, ALO, to the Fillmore for a fun hometown show.  We also had the pleasure of working with Taylor Street Productions at the California Bluegrass Father’s Day Festival in Grass Valley and Diplo Run Club Events in San Francisco and Seattle.  It is always a privilege to be part of such a professional team.  Additionally, we worked with their promoter arm Paper Moon Presents on the Bruns Amphitheater and Terrapin Crossroads shows. Summer was marked by our signature VIP experiences, starting with DelFest, where our exceptional team delivered unforgettable moments for attendees. The High Sierra Music Festival followed as another standout highlight, with our management of FestivALL—the festival’s premier VIP offering—enhancing the event’s magic while we enjoyed performances from some of our favorite artists, Larkin Poe, Allman Betts Band, and Shinny Ribs to name a few. Next came X Takeover, a showcase of electric vehicles and innovation.  From managing vendors and kids’ zones to coordinating the main stage, food trucks, and show cars, B.E.W. produced this event from start to finish. This fall, we proudly produced the 28th Annual Starlight Dinner & Auction, which raised over $100,000 for the Mayacamas Volunteer Fire Foundation—a rewarding event created for an exceptional group of local heroes. Additionally, we assisted with the inaugural gala for the Sonoma Botanical Garden, showcasing a hidden local treasure, this gala helped to secure the funds for future events happening at "The Garden".  We also had the honor of working with Congregation Beth Shalom on their meaningful High Holiday celebrations, a beautiful reminder of the importance of family traditions. To close out the year, we were thrilled to help produce the Rex Foundation Benefit Concert at the Fillmore on December 7th, featuring Molly Tuttle & Golden Highway. This annual event holds a special place in our hearts—it was wonderful to reconnect with old friends and support a great cause. As we wrap up 2024, we are filled with gratitude and pride for the incredible experiences and collaborations that defined this extraordinary year. We’re honored to have worked alongside amazing clients and organizations, bringing visions to life and making lasting memories. The best planners remain calm, flexible, and solution-focused. When challenges arise, assess the situation quickly, prioritize what needs attention, and involve your team or vendors in finding creative solutions. For example, if weather disrupts an outdoor event, pivot to an alternate location or rearrange the layout to make it work.
